Our aim is to give the construction industry healthy and economically skilled labor with a focus on education, Labour rights, health hygiene and other aspects.

KARMIK WELFARE DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY KWDS is a nonprofit organization established in the year 2021 at Belagavi (D), Karnataka. IKMAKKS was initiated with a view to evolve information and make the linkage between the labors and the government. We believed that knowledge would lead to awareness, which would further lead to self-development, empowerment, and action.
We work with a team of committed people, and our aim has been to secure integrated development through people's participation. The key areas identified for interventions include child rights, education, health and hygiene, sustainable livelihoods, and women's empowerment.
Objectives:
1. To work for the social development of underprivileged individuals, groups, and communities.
2. To assist in the process of social integration and personal realization of the underprivileged.
3. To encourage health care development and health promotion.
4. Empowering and developing labor community ties.
5. To endorse human rights.
